In April, I will be attending my daughter’s writing workshop and watching her make black belt in karate. I’m so excited!!!
We have two birthday parties to plan and of course there is Easter.
April is start of summer season here and I plan to go to the beach, in fact my family we go to pool resort on Sunday.
April starts the busy season at work – gearing up for Reunions in May and June plus I’m working on embracing my birthday and celebrating with true friends and family.
April will be busy for me…babying my vegetable seedlings before they go into the ground, daily monitoring their water levels, turning the lights on and off, taking them out to the cold frame during the day and back in the warm house at night; then there is my daughters math pentathlon competition, running 12 miles a week, keeping up with a toddler, cooking approximately 55 meals this month, then doing the dishes by hand afterward, mulching, planting flowers in the flower garden, sewing a nylon playhouse for the kids, hanging laundry on the line, helping my daughter with her homework and work on the ABC’s with my son…..I’m sure there will be other things, but this is just what I could think of quickly: )
My birthday is this month, so I’m pretty excited about that. =)

April is wildflower season here so hikes in the hills, cameras in hand, are definitely on the agenda.
I’ll be grading student projects, knitting, and digging in the garden with a big grin on my face.

Busy month homeschooling 3 girls and attending there various activities on top of getting my garden planted
April means winding down for Homeschooling, it is our last official month of “schooling” so we are busy with end of year reporting and stuff. My garden is going in along with my two girls getting theirs in. My oldest daughter is going threw the last of her testing for Aspergers to get funding for next year (and beyond). It is a very busy month for us.
April in Vermont means starting seeds in the living room, and getting ridiculously excited when those tiny green shoots start sprouting up. It also means remembering to take breaks from grad school reading to splash in mud puddles with my four-year-old friend.
I am looking forward to warm weekends and trips to the beach!

We’re having our daughter’s name changed so her last name matches everyone else, and planting a garden.

The best part about April in California is that it’s sunny without being 90 degrees outside, so I plan on spending a lot of my time outside in the not-too-hot sun, lounging on the USC campus between classes. I also have a lot of job interviews going on this month. I’m having trouble finding an outfit that is professional, yet fun and happy. I don’t want to walk in with boring business attire because that doesn’t represent my personality. I’m not sure what to do.

It’s summer from where I’m from and this April we have planned on going to my mother’s place. They have this tiny island where the beach is really nice! I can’t wait. We’re leaving next week and I’ll be staying there for 10 days. I’ve never been there and I’ve heard that it’s really great! I love the beach so much!
