GLITTER SHOES {day 1}

While in New York City a few weekends back, I ran smack into a Kate Spade window display and began drooling in envy on impact.

Seriously, have you seen their GIVE COLORFULLY holiday campaign?

I was particularly smitten with their glittery KAROLINA shoe. Rather than drop $325 on some foot glitz, I opted to glam up two pairs of shoes that have been stashed in the bowels of my closet and needed a bit of a make over.

PINE CONE FLOWERS {make it monday}

We’re gearing up for Turkey Day in the Ulmer family. Kimmy & Co. are headed out to Western Mass to stuff their faces with Ash and her family. As usual, we’ll be sure to prepare a pie per person for the occasion. In preparation, Ash made these pine cone flower bouquets that will be used to help set the table (Kimmy’s favorite activity. For realz).

RHINESTONE BANGLES {make it monday}

I’ve had this project on the back burner for a long time, Monsters, and I’m so happy to have finally finished it to show you all! These bangles make great sparkly accessories for the holiday season or easy DIY presents for your fabulous friends!

*NOTES: I bought a stack of 20 simple bangles at Target for less than $5. The rhinestone strands are from Michaels. You can use dots of glue to help start and finish off the thread wraps if you find it easier and less stressful than tucking and wrapping.
